The Fiat coupes all have back seats with factory belts, same for the Brava's and Lancia's, although the Lancia Zagita only has leg room for a very small child. The 124 Spider has a back seat but there are no seat belts factory installed as laws requiring all passengers to wear them were not passed until after the early 1980s. Fiat were no longer shipped into the US after 1982 so most spider models will not have seat belts installed in the rear seat making it against the law for someone to use for a passenger. Also the spider back seat has no leg room. The older model 850 spider's along with the X-19 have no rear seats.

I can't say all the car makers who use Fiat engines, but they appear in Fiat cars (of course), and some models of Suzuki, Alfa Romeo and Vauxhall. Pretty sure that some Saab models had them too. The problem can of fuel pump senser or acm. There was same problem to me in my palio 1.9D. Then many machanics tried to finfd the problem. One day we take a look on the main power controller of the car, that is ACM. We change that and the problem is fixed now.
