Neither of these cause miscarriage. However the literature states that you should consult a health professional before use if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
Answer 2A previous answer stated that paracetamol (tylenol), could have adverse effects on the fetus. As noted above, it is one of the safest medications available for pain and fever during pregnancy when used in recommended dosages. There is no reason for concern if you took this drug while pregnant!
