Ed's age is mentioned by Winry in volume 9, chapter 34 of the manga. (At the top of page 15, if you want to know exactly, she says, "Hey, Ed. You're almost 16, right?"). This is when they're on the train with Ling Yao going from Rush Valley to Central. In the back of volume 2 in the 4 panel strip "The Pitiful Truth", he says he's 165 cm (about 5 feet 5 inches) tall ("My total height is 165 cm...I think") Hope this helps, from one FMA fan to another!

Hi! Fullmetal alchemist has a sequel but it is not fma brotherhood.......uniquely done there is a film called "Fullmetal alchemist and the conqueror of shamballa im not gonna spoil it for you but that is the the sequel to the first/original series.........on the other hand fma brotherhood follows the manga the reason they did brotherhood was not to improve the original its because the manga was not in time with the first show meaning the 1st series was made up as it went along rather than the manga....brotherhood follows the manga they have a movie for brotherhood released this year its no sequel just a movie that can be placed anywhere in the first 30 episodes of the brotherhood series meaning they made a movie i think to kind of show off the new cast put not neccessarly following the manga! Fullmetal alchemist is now done unless future release

The first series has 51 episodes the secound has 62....there were also ovas released for both series there basically side storys......there miniture/chibi versions of the original characters lol! :)

'Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa'

If you mean new episodes as in continuation of the first Fullmetal Alchemist series, then the answer is, no, they are not. But a new series titled Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood was released, the difference is mainly on the plot. This whole new series is similar to the still unfinished manga plot line.

The fictional character Roy Mustang (Roi Masutangu) is a state alchemist and colonel, in his late 30s or early 40s. He isn't very serious about his job, and is a notorious womanizer, but he wants to become Fuhrer and has excellent tactical skills.

The very last episode, but al brings him back to life using his pholosphers stone and ed ends up losing his arm and leg again. However Ed is sent to the other side of the gate, in our world. Somewhere in Germany.

Aaron Dismuke is voice for the English version, Rie Kugimiya is the voice for the Japanese version.

Fullmetal Alchemist doesn't take place in our world, it doesn't have a definite time period. Arakawa based it off Industrial-period Europe, but the fact is, it's its own world with its own time.

In the anime, they get poofed to WWI - ish Germany, but FMA is it's own world. Unlike animes like Fruits Basket or even Inuyasha, set on...Earth with a time frame and country, FMA isn't in a specific time period

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking but I will try to help anyway. I help host a manga site myself and from my experience, the art is always important so being good at drawing helps. Some important things on that front are shading, being able to draw a character, location, or object with enough detail that they look good, but not so complicated that it would be a pain to recreate the character, location, or object. Even if the art isn't spectacular, being a good storyteller is just as important. I hope that helps.

If you go on Youtube, you could type in, "fma chibi party [english]" or you could wach it in Japanese and read the subs at the bottom of the display. That's what I do when I watch anime!

Episode 30 is where Ed goes to Riza's house and she tells him about the Ishvallan war of extermination in FMA Brotherhood. Hopefully that's what you're looking for... :)

i dont think alchemy is real, the closet they've come to it is transmuting lead to gold, i think. mabey it worked in the past. you can read up on it on wikipedia, just type in "alchemy" or "alchemist"

Unfortunately, alchemy is completely different on this side of the gate. Sorry to disappoint you but from what I've read so far, its just chemically breaking down elements. but then again, i could be wrong. Fullmetal Alchemist actually inspired me to become an alchemist, but i'm sure i'm not the only one. :) maybe looking up some books or the internet. but it won't be easy. It's hard to find basically "step one" like in intro as to what it is, how it works, and a test experiment like Ed's bird on the floor or the origami crane. I wish alchemy on this side was exactly the same as Amestris, or that there was at least some way we could cross over. I still haven't found what I'm looking for, most of these books are about the Philosopher's Stone. And once again, making one isn't the same as Amestrian alchemy. Hope this helped a bit. :)

No, they do not get married. At least in the first Fullmetal Alchemist series. But I highly doubt they will, in the manga or Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. Their love life is not part of the 'big' plot...but is a sub plot...maybe a kiss or something but no marriage soon

-At the very end of the manga, they do have a confession of sorts. Its hard to explain, but to the question of married, in the very last page there is a collection of photos, Among them,

Is one containing, Ed, Al, Winry and Mei. Winry is cradling an infant to her chest with eyes like hers. While Ed is holding a toddler with his color hair and the same smile.

One can take that as evidence they get married.

P.S Ed got tall

* Edward got married to Winry and had 2 children, and Alphonse got married to Mei after his trip to Xing in the manga.

Ed and Winry did get married, because if you do look at the picture that is discussed above (with the two children), Ed is wearing a wedding ring on his left hand. That is proof that he and Winry got married. :)
