How do remove plastic heater hose connection at firewall?
It take a special tool to release the hose connector. I went to O'Rielly and they show me the Dorman Quick Disconnect replacement part ($6.29) and the Disconnect tool set ($19.99). It took the 3/4" disconnect tool to release the broken hose connector on my GMC truck. Snap on the 3/4" disconnect tool onto the heater core tube, then slide the tool into hose connector to release the dog ears inside the connector. Then pull the connector off. It took me about 30 second to remove the disconnect once I had the connect tools.

Headlight Replacement
Left side
- Make sure you have anti-theft codes for the audio system and navigation system (if equipped). Make sure the ignition switch is OFF.
- Disconnect the negative cable from the battery first, then disconnect the positive cable.
- Remove the battery.
- Remove the front bumper.
- Remove the four mounting bolts, and pull the headlight (A) out slightly.
- Disconnect the connectors (B) from the headlight.
- Remove the two bolts and the corner upper beam (C) from the headlight.
- Install the headlight in the reverse order of removal.
- Connect the battery cables to the battery.
- Do the steering column position memorization.
- Enter the anti-theft codes for audio system and navigation system (if equipped), and set the clock.
- After replacement, adjust the headlights to local requirements.

- Remove the front bumper.
- Pull up the front portion of the fender trim, and remove the mounting bolt from the inside of the fender.
- Remove the three remaining mounting bolts, and pull the headlight (A) out slightly.
- Disconnect the connectors (B) from the headlight.
- Remove the two bolts and the corner upper beam (C) from the headlight.
- Install the headlight in the reverse order of removal.
- After replacement, adjust the headlights to local requirements.
What shuts off coil and injectors?
The electronics shuts off the current to the coil and injectors are usually under pressure so when there is no current in the coil the force of back pressure shuts the injector.

The actual adjustment screw can only be turned out or in about an inch and a quarter but that will raise or lower the truck about 2 or 3 inches. The adjustment screws are located under the truck approximately under the front seats and adjusts a cam attached to the end of trailing edge of the torsion bar.

Do a compression test. perhaps lack of compression in one cylinder due to a bad valve or piston.
