Where is the proper place to stand while your oppent is teeing off?
On the tee, always stand opposite of the player who is teeing off. When you're playing your shot, make sure are opposite you, too. If they're behind you, or at right angles to you, there is, at worst, the danger of hitting someone with a backswing, or at best, it can implant the notion someone might get hit - which is the last thing you should, or need to be thinking about.
How long can you wait for a golf ball to drop into the cup?
You are allowed a reasonable amount of time to reach the ball, and then ten seconds from that point. If you take an excessive amount of time you can be penalised so be careful.
What is the maximum angle a golf hole can be placed on?

During a practice swing the ball is dislodged from tee is it counted as a stroke?
This came from Brent Kelly of About.com:golf. I hope this answers your question. "If the ball is on the teeing ground and you have not yet made a stroke at the ball, then the ball is not yet in play. And accidentally hitting the ball with a practice swing in that situation does not result in a stroke or a penalty. However, once you've made a stroke at the ball on the teeing ground, the ball is considered in play until you hole out. Then the question of whether a practice swing that makes contact is a stroke or penalty (or both) is covered under Rule 18, "Ball at Rest Moved." And here's the ruling: If you accidentally move a ball in play with a practice swing, it's a one-stroke penalty. You must replace the ball to its original position and play it correctly. Failing to replay the ball from its original position results in a total penalty of two strokes in stroke play or loss of hole in match play."
You have made the distinction between, in the hazard and outside of the hazard, because of course, you can not ground your club in a hazard. If you address the ball but step away and take a practice swing there is no problem. You only incur a penalty if you knock the ball with the club and it moves. Also, a stroke is only deemed to have taken place if you make a genuine attempt to hit the ball.

What is rule about right of way ground staff on golf course?
There is no set rule, check with your own club or the one that you are playing on. At my club, greens staff have priority until 10.30 am. If you are playing before this time, and they drive up to cut the green, you just wait. However, after this time on a busy course someone will inevitably have to wait while they cut the greens/ fairways etc. A good rule of thumb, is show them some respect, they are working to make the course better for you, if you respect them, they will respect you, and maybe even let you go ahead.
Why do you have to walk in golf in a tournament?
In the amateur game, not every one would have or have access to a buggy therefore it would be seen as an advantage over some players.
In the professional game, with the huge crowds having buggies would just not be possible.
How do you get the handicap of a system '36 in golf?
System 36 is a method of creating handicaps on the same day of an 18-hole tournament. Most frequently used in friendly tournaments where many of the players don't have official handicaps. The method used is as follows. At the end of play, a tally is made of each players round, counting up the number of holes scoring par or better, the number scoring a bogey and the number scoring double bogey or more. Then each par or better receives 2 points, each bogey receives 1 point and each double bogey or worse receives 0 points. The points are added up and subtracted from 36. This is the handicap for the player. For example, if you par every hole, you will receive a point total of 2 x 18 = 36. Subtracting from 36 gives you a handicap of 0. Another example. A golfer completed the following round:
Hole 1 - par
Hole 2 - bogey
Hole 3 - birdie
Hole 4 - triple bogey
Hole 5 - bogey
Hole 6 - bogey
Hole 7 - double bogey
Hole 8 - bogey
Hole 9 - par
Hole 10 - double bogey
Hole 11 - double bogey
Hole 12 - par
Hole 13 - bogey
Hole 14 - double bogey
Hole 15 - triple bogey
Hole 16 - par
Hole 17 - bogey
Hole 18 - par Total at end of round:
par or better = 6 x 2 = 12
bogeys = 6 x 1 = 6
double bogeys or worse = 6 x 0 = 0 Total points = 18 Handicap = 36 - 18 = 18 Gross = 91
Net = 73
