My husband wants to tee off from the ladies tee box. the red tee boxes. Is this allowed?

He can if he wants to, but he could be the butt of many jokes! If it is general play, he can tee off from wherever he wants to, but if it is an official competition he has to tee off from the stipulated tee box. If he doesn't feel he hits the ball far enough he could simply hit off the forward tees, but if he really wants to hit off the ladies tees nothing can stop him.

Why do you see a uncompleted hole on a score card in golf?

In stroke play it would be known as a non return, as the player has not completed the hole, by holing out, in other words they have picked up. In a stableford competition it means they have exceeded the score allowed under the points system and would get nothing for the hole, also known as a ding.

I am not sure I understand the question in regards to the grass. If the first one is marked ground under repair you are entitled to relief, of one club length. The other one must be played as it lies, if this means the ball is in the bunker, you must not ground the club whether there sand or not.

Do you get relief if ball lands in bunker full of cut brush?

When a ball lands in a bunker filled with cut brush, the player generally does not receive relief. According to the Rules of Golf, areas inside a bunker are considered part of the bunker, and players must play the ball as it lies unless there are specific circumstances that warrant relief, such as an obstruction or safety issue. However, players can typically remove loose impediments in the bunker, provided they do not disturb their ball. If the condition of the bunker is deemed unplayable by the local rules, players may need to consult the specific regulations in play.

In golf if a player is disqualified from a competition can their score count towards the eclectic comp?

In golf, if a player is disqualified from a competition, their score typically does not count towards the eclectic competition. The eclectic format usually requires players to complete all rounds in order for their scores to be eligible. Disqualification means the player did not complete the round under the rules, so their scores would not be considered valid for the eclectic. Always check the specific rules of the competition, as they can vary.

When the ball lies near a water sprinkler can I make a drop without penalty just to have a better stance?

Check local rules for full ruling. But the official rule is, if the sprinkler head affects your stance, or is within two club lengths of your line of play you are entitled to a free drop. You take your free drop as normal, within one club length from the nearest point of relief, no closer to the hole.

Where do you tee off from while playing golf?

It is called the tee box. The ladies tee off from a line somewhere forward of the men's line. You are allowed to go two club lengths back from a line drawn from one marker to the other inside of the tee box. There are normally four different tee boxes in golf, White and Blue usually being Mens tees, and Red and Yellow normally ladies or seniors tees.
