Can you switch a shaft from one golf driver to another golf driver?
Yes, in principle you can take a shaft out of one club and put it in another. If it's a steel shaft, it's almost certainly cheaper to just replace it with a new one. For graphite it's not beyond the capabilities of a well-equipped shop, but it would still probably be cheaper when it was all over to put a new one in the other clubhead. Unless it was a really special shaft. And I can't define "really special".

What does 5 handicap mean in golf?
handicaps are usually cut in full strokes but nowadays some clubs/societies use computerised systems which say take into account the general scores for a competition.at the end of play all scores are fed in and the system makes the handicap modification which can sometimes lead to decimal points.
5.1 is respected as 5 yet 5.5 would be 6 so in all cases the handicap is rounded down if it is below the half point and rounded up if above respectively so 17.4 is 17 and 12.6 is 13.

What does regular flex mean in a golf club?
There is no exact science, the flex of shaft you need corresponds to your swing speed. The faster your swing the stiffer the flex you will need. The only way of really knowing for definite is to get on a launch monitor and try a variety of shafts in a variety of flexes, all manufacturers will have a different standard for how they define each flex, so just because you are a stiff in a Diamana doesn't necessarily mean you will be a stiff in an Aldila. Also, shafts come in a variety of weighs, a heavier shaft will play ever so slightly stiffer than a lighter one.
One simple way of giving you an idea of if a shaft is right for you is analysing your shot patterns. If you constantly hook the ball then the shaft could be too flexible, i.e you need a stiffer shaft, if you constantly slice the ball, the shaft could be too stiff and you need a more flexible shaft, i.e a regular shaft.
Graphite shafts also different tips on them, a soft tip helps promote of higher launch angle, where a stiffer tip promotes a lower one.
Very simple stuff I know, but all shafts stick to the same sort of ideas, on a shaft you will see; manufacturer, model, flex, weight and tip flex, these all help you see what sort of shaft it is. I would recommend if you are a beginner to use regular shafts to start with and see how you get on. I do highly recommend that all golfers if getting new clubs hit as many as possible trying as many different lofts and flexes as they want, custom fitting is usually free and the shops are more than happy to help.

You would have two halfs of a golf ball. Golf balls used to be made with a wound core which meant hundreds of elastic bands were wrapped around the core. This is no more, there are simply 2-3 layers of elastic compounds.
This is something you should never do because cuting a golf ball in half could infact make the planet explode.
What are the degrees for on golf clubs?
There are many different types of woods. Obviously there is the driver, the loft ranges from about 7.5-13 degrees. 3 wood- 15, 4 wood- 17, 5 wood- 19, 7 wood-21 9 wood-23, 11 wood- 25 and 13 wood around 27. How many sand traps are in a golf course?
The number of sand traps in a golf course can vary from course to course. For example, in my local course, it boasts only 35 sand traps averaging about 2 per hole. However, a golf course to my north has about 130 sand traps. Sand traps absolutely vary per course and can also reflect the other hazards that may be on the course. A course that has plenty of water may have fewer sand traps purely because there is already the penalty of water. Same can be said going visa-versa.
