Harvest moon ds what are thing that the mayor WANT?
Well sometimes the Mayor will come to your house and ask a favour of you, he will ask you to et him a certain thing in a certain period of time. Some of these things he asks you to get for him you can get, but others you cannot for some reason, well I couldn't anyway. But if you do get the thing he wants and you give it to him he will reward you with a single Gold Lumber which costs a lot to buy.

Wii version: Before you can ride your horse, your friendship level must be at two hearts.
To ride, stand next to the horse without anything equipped i rucksack and press the Z key on the nunchuk controller. To dismount, press Z again.

How do you keep your affection points from disappearing on Harvest Moon DS?
Affection points will only disappear if you do something to upset the person. For example, giving someone a rock or a weed will drastically lower their affection towards you. If this isn't the case then I'm 99% positive that it's because you are 'littering'. People in the Valley are VERY particular about littering. If you pick up a weed and drop it, that's considered littering. In fact, every time you drop an item you will lower everyone in the Valley's affection points. I tend to store items i would normally drop (such as weeds) in my pack and then toss them in my shipping bin later. You only get 1G per bush, but it keeps affection up and every bit money helps!
Also if your animals die it lowers your affection points so be careful!

Then she will either give it to you or you collect it, I'm not sure, and taadaa!!
