No. Almost nothing with marshmallows is kosher, due to the gelatin. Packages of kosher marshmallows are an exception to the rule, of course, so it's entirely reasonable to add your own (kosher) marshmallows to kosher hot chocolate.

It depends in both the wattage of your microwave and if you don't mind the skin. I find 3 mins with a 700 w does the job. If you don't like the skin take it out after bout 2 mins and stir it. Hope it helps!

Well, this is true, it wont have as much chocolate flavor but yes you can substitute it. Double or quadruple the the amount of cocoa powder for hot chocolate mix (taking out the marshmallows) (depending on your tastes) and use about 1/4 the sugar needed in the recipe. (I just made chocolate no bakes without milk and hot chocolate mix and they taste great!) I hope this helps, if you are trying to sub it in a dough mix be aware that since you will have to use more hot chocolate powder than you would cocoa you may want to mix the powder with whatever liquids you have to work with in the recipe first (to dissolve the powder and keep it from getting cakey and dry). If that doesn't work add a small amount of water or milk to the mix to get it to the right consistency. :) Hope this helped.
You get a damp cloth and scrub it then, put a little hand soap on it and rub the spill hardcore! Then dry it off abit with cold air (hairdryer or what we used...pump!) Me and my friend had this experience and we did this and it worked but now the spill isnt noticeable on my cream carpet :D

Boil it long enough that it won't scald, which means you should only have the milk boiling for only a second or two. Otherwise if it scalds it will not taste very good.
