You could take the in the same day but not at the same time. They are both benzodiazepines that basically are used for similar conditions. You definitely should not take both at the same time as the effects are additive. It would be like taking an overdose. However they can probably be substituted for each other. It also depends on the doses, and if the Dr prescribed them both for you. A low dose of esch one combined would be totally different than a high dose of both.
