I suppose it technically depends on the type of pain, and the respective dosages, but just based on the fact that hydrocodone is an opiate, and ketorolac (toradol) is not, for the most part, hydrocodone is going to be stronger. Also hydrocodone as prescribed (in the US) includes a good amount of acetaminophen, which adds to its increased efficacy.

Ibuprofen and Naproxen are the same thing, both an hormonal, anti inflammatory and are the same active drug but in a slightly different form Naproxen being moderately stronger. Vicodin has AP in it generally in the 320-750 range which is very similar to the active In Naproxen, but it has Hydrocodon which is the narcotic, which is an opiate and a strong one at that, this giving the "narcotic Affect". You will not have similar affects taking The two together any where near Vicodin, and i would be very careful with taking them together low dosages 500 Naproxen and 400-600 Ibuprofen is the max and defiantly not good for your stomach make sure you take food to reduce damage.

Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. This is not a complete list of possible side effects. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

yeah it more that likely will calm them down a little but withdrawals are hard to deal with. I've gone through withdrawals from oxcycodone hcl 30 and mg methadone helped me with those withdrawals a lot and with my pain and it lasted twice as long as Oxycontin but the only thing is that methadone really messes with your head in the long run

Depending on your metabolism, hydrocodone bitartrate (Vicodin) generally stays in your system 2-3 days. The obese or those with slower metabolisms may test positive up to 3-4 days after ingestion on a urine screen. Athletes, or those with a very fast metabolism may find that this drug stays in the system a single day or less. In fact, opiate tolerant patients with a fast metabolism may not even test positive on a urine test hours after ingesting the drug. That being said, when planning for drug tests, always err on the side of caution and simply give yourself an extra few days. Getting high is not worth losing a job, or failing a probation test.

yeah. usually i dont mix drugs but if i only had a little of each i would take my fav one first then take the other one an hour later to potentate the first one (that means make it stronger) as to boost the buzz a little bit. :)

What makes you ask? I am DEFINATELY NO DOCTOR!! Just saying lol. However, i am taking cipro for a bladder infection (male bladder infection, and this is my second day on cipro before i started taking vicodin again) . I have had one bowel movement in like three days definitely not norm for me! My back where the kidneys are, and my stomach has been feeling like a bookshelf fell on me, or perhaps a baseball bat to the gut from a home run derby.or maybe i even swallowed a baseball?... anyways! (sorry for the grammar, blaah!) luckily i have some hydrocodone tucked away. it has definitely relieved the pain. i took half of a hydrocodone prior to having my cipro dosage. when the vicodin wore off i had a big cramp under my right ribcage at the front. i guess since it wore off? the pain come back around ten or eleven p.m. this was all today, i took the half vicodin around (500mg)4:45, and then my cipro at 5:15. its now 1 a.m. and i just swallowed a vicodin like maybe 20 mins ago. i feel way better. if it helps, i HAVE read (on this site too)that it's definitely ok to take them since one is a antibiotic, and one reduces pain. so I guess I'll see. I don't care cause my cramp in my back and stomach was definitely worth saving some hydrocodone! The pain is still there I can feel it/can't because it's numb. I just know its actually being covered up I guess. But I must say, I have never looked so forward to a bowel movement guess I 'll go eat some green beans. Definately hate feeling like some lab rat taking this cipro its definitely not supposed to be " the first choice" by dr's for my bladder infection from what i have read. To answer your question I assume it doesn't matter. but if you die an Elvis death, its not my fault, but then if that's the case I wont be here cause im taking them both haha jk, jk. call your dr and ask! (You may be confusing your question with other pills in the phamplet about what you should take two hours before or after or 6 or something, but i don't think vicodin are in that category). Pretty much all drugs are safe past their expiration dates, especially if they've been kept in their little orange bottles, so yeah you'll be fine. If you don't want em though I'll gladly take em off your hands for you :)

Legally? It depends. If you have your doctor write you a prescription for a legally recognized online pharmacy then yes you can. It is not legal to go to one of the online sites and just press a button for a script. They might try to say that they are legal, but without a physical examination a Schedule III narcotic cannot be prescribed online.

Yes, they can be taken together. My doctor just put me on a 25 mg dose and i also take norco 10/325. (Hydrocodone 10/APAP 325) The amitriptyline increases the pain reduction effect of the hydrocodone.

NO! Tramdol is a separate drug completely. Tramadol is the generic chemical drug name for ULTRAM which is used for low-moderate pain. Hydrocodone is prescribed for Moderate-Severe pain.

Well yeah, if the pain you are in justifies such heavy medication. I for example have 6 disks in my lumbar that are all messed up with multiple problems at each level. I am currently taking Roxicodone which is 30mg of instant release oxycodone unlike Oxycontin. I also take Norco which is 10mg of hydrocodone and 325mg of Tylenol. I am prescribed 6 a day of each, and have been for quite some time. It works wonders for me, and could not have anything close to a life without it. What the person above was trying to say or at least I think they are is if you have a low opiate tolerance you can't take it in high doses, and also if your medications contain Tylenol you aren't supposed to take that in high dosage because of possible liver and or kidney damage.

Also people don't know this but Heath Leger's overdose was a mixture of these two drugs along with sleeping pills and other drugs. So be very careful and listen very carefully to your doctor, and follow the directions on the bottles label. Also, don't be scared to ask your doctor or pharmacist questions. It could save your life.
