It will almost certainly kill you, being the equivalent of #150 Lortab 10s at once. A common error is misreading the doses of the two ingredients in Lortab/Vicodin/Lorcet. Hydrocodone is usually give with Ibprufren because Tylenol does not have the anti- inflammatory affects that Ibprufren has in it. When hydrocodone is given with the Ibprofren it's normally called Vicoprufren though there are other names for the combo as well

Hydrocodone is currently a schedule III (C-III) in the US (at least at the federal level (as of 6/1/12). The change in the law has only passed i the Senate to change it's legal class to C-II. I also read about the NY legislator changing its class to CII as well. I expect that we will see it change possibly by the end of June, so keep your eyes peeled.
