located on the back side of the engine as you look at it and is accessable the easiest fron underneath
That varies from shop to shop. Ive seen them from 30 - 100 dollars.
In the trunk to the right there is a hidden compartment with a small picture of a jack on it. You must remove the compartment door to get to the jack.
The TPS is usually held in place by a couple of fasteners and one or two wire connectors that can only be put one one way. You should not have any problem replacing it.
Look at the bottom or side of the oil pan, but usually at the bottom rear of the oil pan "toward the back of the car"
because your tiburon likes the backward motions.
Yes, it is possible to replace it. Although you will have to have a bung welded into the the top of the new header for the 02 censor. Also on the down pipe by the other cat.
There are two answers for a 2001 Tiburon:
For the hub assembly part number 512160 - it's 158 ft/lb
For the hub assembly part number 512199 - it's 170 ft/lb

The same thing happened to mine, its possibly a little electric problem or your car has had its front airbag deployed.
I'm having the same problem at the moment, but it started after I took my front seats out of the car, so I believe that it could possibly mean that the wire that runs to the side airbags is not connected under one of your seats.
When I had the same problem (twice now) I took it into the dealership and both times the sensor in my seatbelt had come loose or was faulty causing the faulty air bag light. You want to have this checked or fixed cause your air bag will not deploy if the sensor is out
5 1/4". I believe that 6.5" can fit there also but I'm not exactly sure how.
The abs light is on because there is a problem with the abs system. Until the problem is fixed the light will remain on. After the problem is fixed the abs light will reset itself after a short drive.
could be many things, however what I found to be the problem on mine, was the gas cap
if the gas cap is not on properly, the HVAC system of the vehicle goes nuts and creates a "CHECK ENGINE" light
give it a try, after a few cold starts it will reset itself and the light will go off,
if you have a code reader this also helps to troubleshoot and get the light off
Hi,
I am currently undergoing that process right now on my 04 tibby. It's a helluva process. You can go to the Hyundai service web site and it'll show you how to change it. Step by excruciating step. It doesn't seem so hard but there are a lot of hard to reach places.
For the clutch you will have to click on the SHOP tab. Select your make and year and engine size and it'll pull up everything you need to know about your Hyundai, all schematics and everything.

The standard stock Horsepower is (hp @ rpm): 140 @ 6000. Now don't forget that is the estimated HP of a New Vehicle. Aslo the Torque is (lb.-ft. @ rpm):133 @ 4800
you also need to check if the hose is good located near the front left wheel.
Its hard to see but if it seems to be the problem move the steering wheel and you will see were it leeks.
