Um, you can't send them. Promotional credits are only used to promote real credits and try to get you to buy real credits. That's why promo credits are usually known as Predits.

If u talking bout on the Home mode on the 3D client...its in the 'Dress Up' mode
or if u in a chat..its on your 'Text' tool bar and next to that it says 'Clothing'

Why does imvu say download failed when you download it?
IMVU WONT download because you don't have enough memory on Ur computer or you cant download with that type of computer i did try to download but it didn't work sorry mate. cant really help you on this.
Illoriah: Okay I don't know about the above person, but as far as I know, it depends on the system you have. I had the same problem, and I'm using Windows Vista (Could be the same problem with Windows 7). All you do is find the installer on your computer, right click and click run as administrator. It should work then for you.
If it's Windows XP, try downloading it again. Or check your anti-virus software. It could be blocking some parts of the installer.

Why is imvu is for teens only?
Because kids shouldn't be talking to older people because they can be sexually attracted.
Kids are not allowed on IMVU to begin with. To be a member you have to be 13 and older, if someone that is younger joins, more likely than not, they will lose their account for being underage.
How do you put a layout on your IMVU homepage?
You cant put a myspace layout on IMVU, but you can put an IMVU layout on your profile. Go to this website http://www.profilebrand.com/imvulayouts/
Once you get to the website find an IMVu layout you like . After you have the layout of your choice, copy the code for that layout. On the IMVU website go to your profile. In the "About Me" section click on the "Edit" tab and click on "Edit custom HTML/CSS. Once you click on that paste the code in the space provided.
How do you change your imvu profile?
you can either take a picture of you avitar in the game and press set as profile pic or go on the web version of your profile and press account and itll have the browse option to put a pic up thats a little tricker since they ask for a certain size so youll have to strink your image for it to work.
