Edit: Except there is a ZADR moment in the canceled episode, "The return of Keef", Keef makes ZIM and Dib hug. And I truly would never see ZIM and Dib hug without punching each other afterward.

I don't believe they ever have since Dib sees Zim as the evil alien bent on conquering humanity and Zim sees Dib as an annoying hairless monkey who is a thorn in his side.

Correction:
They do, but it was only in a script and it was never animated, since the show was cancelled. In an unfinished episode, "The Return of Keef", they're trying to get Keef (returning from the "Bestest Friend" episode) to explode.
See, Zim has been attempting to get Keef to explode by dumping this goo over him that causes anyone it comes in contact with to explode if they get happy.
Unfortunately, this goo isn't very sensitive, and no matter how happy Keef gets, he doesn't explode. So Zim and Dib try several things to make Keef happy (which would have to include them being friendly with each other, since that's what Keef wants), but they fail until, at the very end of the episode, they hug.
This makes Keef so ridiculously happy that he finally explodes.

These were good cars but the distibutors had problems.
In the episode "Walk Of Doom" Zim says to GIR " We cannot fail GIR, for even as a small Irken smeet my dream was to pass probing day like a schlorbes passes her young. Jiggly, and full of juice."
