You are not able to block any phone number manually from any cell phone. You could call your cell phone carrier and ask them to block the phone number for you. You can also put the contact you wish to ignore in a ignore list where your phone will not ring or vibrate when they try to call or text you.

The charger port are not same in size. But some universal iPhone charger (not original made by Apple) can support both of them.

As far as features, they're not totally different. The iPhone 4s comes with iCloud and iOS 5, when meanwhile you can just download that for your iPhone 4. Also, the iPhone 4s has an 8 megapixel camera, while the iPhone 4 has a 4 megapixel (I think...). If you like better graphics and such then the iPhone 4s is for you, but if you like just the phone and what it does, definitely get the iPhone 4. That's what I'm doing. Plus, it's possible that once you buy the iPhone and are due for your upgrade, you can upgrade to the next iPhone.

If you aren't getting any internet access whatsoever, then you should make sure the iPhone has been activated with AT&T.

If you are only getting a connection through "Edge" (the letter E will appear in the top bar), then you are either not in an area that has 3G available or it is simply disabled.

To make sure you have 3G enabled, go to Settings > General > Network. If the "enable 3G" button is off, turn it on. If it IS on, but you aren't getting 3G coverage in places you normally do, I would contact AT&T.

Hold down the top lock button and the home button down until the apple sign comes up on ur phone, once this comes up release the lock button at the top but still hold the home button until the connect to iTunes screen comes up, once that screen comes up continue holding the home button and insert the iPhone cable to connect it to iTunes, once connected let go of the home button and iTunes will register the phone. Click restore phone, this takes a while but it takes the passcode etc off
