No, iPhone 4S is the improved version of the iPhone 4. The only difference between the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S is the internals and Siri, Apple's personal assistant. Many people were disappointed due to the fact that they thought it would be named iPhone 5. It is the fifth generation of the iPhone product, but Apple has decided not to name it iPhone 5.

Apple has not confirmed they are working on the iPhone 5 as of yet. However, many people believe the iPhone 5 release date will be sometime in September or October of 2012. Additional rumors state the iPhone 5 launch will be in June, but this seems unlikely since the iPhone 4S was just released in October of 2011.

I haven't tries this with Windows 8, but with Windows 7 I downloaded the iCloud Control Center and am able to access Photo Stream from my PC that way, I can't imagine that not working on Windows 8. If you just need a few photos and need them fast, you can just [from your phone,] attach the photos you like to an email and send it to yourself and open that email up on your PC and download it that way. If neither of these methods work for you, try DropBox.

Android is an operating system, you can find it in many smartphones of many brands. For example, Samsung or HTC. Iphone is Apple's smartphone, and iOS is it's operating system.

So, iOS vs Android. Android is more popular. Plus, iOS is only found in iPhones, which are very expensive.

If you wanna buy a phone and don't wanna waste too much money, buy one that uses Android.
