In space, you can touch the surfaces of your spacecraft or space station, as well as any tools or equipment you have with you. However, you can't touch anything outside of your spacecraft or space station, as there is no air in space to transfer the sensation of touch.
In space miner for iPod touch how do you destroy the piñata shaped asteroid?
To destroy the piñata-shaped asteroid in Space Miner for iPod Touch, you need to shoot at it with your ship's weapons. Aim carefully and fire continuously to break it apart and collect the rewards inside. Watch out for any debris that may come flying towards your ship after destroying the asteroid.

What is the difference between a gps point and a gps waypoint?
Waypoints are individual points that you select. You can either do this while you are at the point, or you can select the point on your GPS before you go. If I am walking in Manhattan, I can select waypoints before I go by moving the pointer on my GPS. For example, I could start at the battery as waypoint 1, select the empire state buidng as waypoint 2, MOMA as waypoint 3, and so on. When I set these waypoints up in advance, they become a route. I can establish the waypoints on my computer using Mapsource, and then use the USB cable to transfer the route to my GPS receiver. The Track is where I actually walked. After I've walked all over Manhattan, probably deviating from my Route, I can find my track on the GPS unit and see how far I travelled, or save the track to my computer, or use the Tracback function to find my way back to the start. My Track will include some of my Waypoints, but it will also include many other recorded points along the way. Using Tracback, I might see that I stopped at the lake in Cetral Park at 2:57 PM, for example.
Each Waypoint and each point along a track has a specific latitude, longitude and height. If you select the Waypoints before you go, this information is calculated from the information stored in the GPS unit. As you move along and create a Track, possibly marking specific Waypoints along the way, each point of the track or Waypoint is recorded from actual satellite readings, along with the exact time that you were at each point. The points along your track will often be a little bit off the trail or road on your map, due to errors in the radio signals. It will always be close enough that there's no doubt which road or trail you're suppose to be on.
I use waypoints to plan where I'm going to hike in the mountains, to plan my day. I normally don't plan a route because my GPS has the topo map loaded on a memory card, which has most of the main hiking trails already marked. I use my Track to find my way back to the truck at the end of the day, and also to decide when I need to turn back to make it back before dark. Also, I like to transfer my tracks from my GPS to my computer as a record of where I've been. The GPS unit holds a limited number of tracks, but you can store a ton on your computer.
Are scientists able to take a picture of your galaxy?
Yes, scientists can look at space and take pictures of it.. the first time this happened was in the mid 1960's when the voyager was launched. It sent back picture's of space to Earth.. almost half a century later it has final reached the edges of our milky way and take pictures of beyond.
Where is the needle in the impossible test?
In the Impossible Test game, the location of the needle can vary in each level. Make sure to carefully search for it by tapping and interacting with different elements on the screen until you find it. The needle is usually well hidden, so patience and attention to detail are key.
What if your ipod doesn't work after jailbreak 3 days ago?
If your iPod is not working after a jailbreak, you could try restarting it or restoring it using iTunes. If the issue persists, you may need to contact the jailbreak developer or seek help from an Apple-certified technician. Jailbreaking can void your warranty, so proceed with caution.

What will happen to your iPod touch if a magnet touches it?
If a magnet touches your iPod touch, it may interfere with the device's internal components, such as the compass or the hard drive if it's a traditional HDD. This interference could potentially cause malfunctions or data loss. It's best to keep magnets away from electronic devices.
Does the phantom radar app on the ipjone work?
The Phantom Radar app is designed for entertainment purposes and does not actually detect ghosts or spirits. It uses random patterns to simulate a radar-like display, creating the illusion of detecting paranormal activity. It is not scientifically proven to work.
Why we able to feel things when you touch them?
When we touch something, sensory receptors in our skin transmit signals to the brain through the nervous system. The brain processes these signals and interprets them as tactile sensations such as pressure, temperature, and texture. This allows us to feel things when we touch them.
What do you call things that can be felt and seen but we cannot touch and has no mass?
You are describing a "shadow." Shadows are visible when light is blocked by an object, creating a shape that we can see but cannot physically interact with.
Why does a flame go out when it touches glass?
When a flame comes into contact with glass, the glass rapidly absorbs heat from the flame, leading to a sharp temperature drop at the point of contact. This sudden cooling can extinguish the flame by interrupting the combustion process, as the fire requires a certain temperature to sustain itself.
When two atoms touch what is touching?
When two atoms come into contact, it is their electron clouds that interact. Electrons from each atom repel each other due to their negative charge, creating a repulsive force that prevents the atoms from physically touching.
I set a few different dishes on fire when first learning to cook, all though be it unintentional.
When it is done on purpose, the technique is called flambé.
Some examples of flambé recipes include:

Will you get lead poisoning if you touch lead 3 or 4 times or stay around it for any amount of time?
Touching lead a few times or being around it briefly is unlikely to cause lead poisoning. However, repeated exposure or prolonged contact with lead, especially through ingestion or inhalation of lead dust, can increase the risk of lead poisoning. It's important to follow safety guidelines and minimize exposure to lead to prevent health risks.
you shouldn't without a person who knows what there doing, but i have done it before
only if they cut of the ends of the tails cuz they killed Steve Irwin with the tail so yah
the tails don't need to be cut off. you just need to have proper supervision and only touch the wings.
Even if you know what you are doing you shouldn't handle them unless it is absolutely necessary, Rays, Sharks and fish have a protective mucilaginous coating that provides protection from things such as parasites, fungal infection and the sun. When you touch them you wipe off the mucilage and so to the protection. If animals are regularly touched (such as approachable resident fish in popular dive sites) they are more prone to infection and sunburn. If you snorkel or scuba dive and you happen to see a tame fish with white scar-looking lines this is the reason
A GPS (short for "Global Positioning System") is an electronic device that measures its distance to three or more satellites to determine its precise location. There are 24 such satellites in fixed orbits around the world. All of the satellites are perfectly synchronized, and send out digital radio transmissions broadcasting the current time. Your GPS receiver receives three or more of these signals, where the distance to the satellite will delay the signal just a tiny bit. The GPS receiver uses the relative delays to determine its precise location.
GPS receivers are available from Garmin, Magellan, Tom Tom, and a number of other companies. Many newer cellphones also have a built-in GPS receiver.
Is it better to turn the furnace off or leave it on?
Obviously a furnace - or indeed any other appliance - will use no energy at all if it is completely switched off. If you don't want to spend any money on heat energy then of course it is "better " to turn the furnace off. It depends what you mean by "leave it on": even if you leave the electricity and gas on, (or oil if it's an oil burner), if the temperature of the room or building is high enough to make the air-termperature thermostat switch the furnace's burners off, the furnace won't actually be running and consuming very much energy. All the furnace would consume in that condition is a few Watts of electrical power to supply its control circuit and maybe a few Watts more to drive a water circulating pump for the radiators, if that is how your system works. Of course you could turn the furnace's main control switch "off" so that the furnace will stay off even when the air temperature falls enough to cause the control thermostat to switch over to put the furnace's burners on... Then you would save a few Watts of energy but would lose the convenience of having the furnace heat your home and water automatically. Instead you would have to switch the furnace on yourself every time you wanted some heat. So, do you want "convenience" or "inconvenience"? It's up to you to decide...
Will a 240V battery charger work when plugged into 110V will it charge at all?
You don't give the most important piece of information: what is the appliance that the battery charger is used for?
That information is needed because the right answer to this question will depend on the power drawn by the battery charger. If it is a very small one designed for use in Europe for a camcorder or a mobile phone, then it should work OK if its label or rating plate says it can be used on a wide range of voltages, such as from 110 Volts to 240 Volts.
Even if it does not say that on the label, because it is an old-fashioned "transformer-based" type which will only work on 230 Volts AC, you might be able to use a small type of "international travel" voltage transformer to convert the supply voltage up from 120 volts to 230 Volts AC. These can sometimes be bought at airport shops or usually they are available from electronics parts stores - Maplin Electronics in the UK, for instance.
But that small type of "international travel" voltage transformer is not a cheap item to buy and it may actually cost you less to buy - in USA, Canada or wherever you are going to - the right type of battery charger that would be suitable for the battery in your appliance.
If the battery charger is a very big and heavy one, taking a lot of power, you would have to buy a much heavier and more expensive kind, an "auto-transformer", to convert the supply voltage up from 120 Volts to 230 Volts AC at the much higher current. But, again, they are very expensive and it may actually cost less to buy the right type of battery charger for whatever the appliance is that you wish to use in USA, Canada or wherever you are going to. (The small "international travel" type of voltage transformer would not handle it, it would probably just blow its internal fuse or might even explode and die!)
Can you get electrocuted while talking on your cell in the shower?
Every where I go there are people with cell phones glued to their ear. In the car, walking down the street, on campus, in stores, etc., etc. Now, even in the shower? You mean people can't even take a shower without a cell phone? Come on, put the phone down, and enjoy your shower before you slip and get hurt! By the way, if your cell phone is plugged into the wall socket while in the shower, the phone will not be the only thing getting a charge!

Why bouin solution to fix testicular biopsy and not formalin?
Bouin's is generally used for testicular fixation because it preserves nuclei and chromosomes especially well, such as those you would want to observe during meiosis. Formalin is a more general fixative, used widely for other tissues when mitotic or meiotic cycles are not necessary to observe.
