It should work. I don't know why it won't. I also use it and it works perfectly fine for me. you should probably try looking around in your settings to see if something may be on or off or whatever.

u hook it up to the computer and donload the latest verision of itunes then when its all done when u go in ur ipod touch file it should say restore click on thet and it will restore ur ipod touch to just the way u bought it
