100 is meant to be the average. Many IQ tests set out to standardise the tests in such a way as to make 100 the average.

God, it must be somewhere in the 60's to low 30's. She might actually be mentally handicapped. Being serious it's probably low average, 95-90. Her ramblings tend to not involve much logic, and when someone presents an argument she tends to go into attack mode because she has no clue about what there saying.

There are many different types of parrots. They could be considered smart. But how do you check their IQ. Their actually hasn't had a system invented to do so, but you would probably be able to work out our smart they are by do your own test.
