Actually, it was manufactured by the Crescent Firearms Company and distributed by HD Folsom. "Charles Richter" was a trade name used by the New York Sporting Goods Co in New York around 1900. Value is as a wallhanger decoration, about $200 if in very nice condition, and the gun should not be fired with modern ammunition. sales@countrygunsmith.net

That would be the Flues Model, made in 1915. You neglect to give us any idea about condition, so we will have to assume it is the typical 75%-or-less condition most of these guns are found in today. Also, we will have to assume it is a Grade 1. If all that is accurate, it would sell for around $300. sales@countrygunsmith.net

There was no 'Model A.' In any event, Stevens double-barrel 16ga shotguns in typical condition sell for $200-$250. sales@countrygunsmith.net

In typical used condition (these guns were retailed by Montgomery Wards and generally used pretty hard) these guns will sell in the $300-$350 range. There are a couple of options that add some to the price, namely ejectors instead of extractors or a single trigger instead of double triggers. Mint-condition guns with ejectors and a single trigger might bring $600. sales@countrygunsmith.net

That is the 'Flues Model', made c.1911. Even though it was designed for smokeless powder, I would certainly limit usage to very light loads. No reason to stress a gun almost 100 years old. Before shooting it, please have a gunsmith familiar with doubles make sure it is safe. sales@countrygunsmith.net

i have a model 37 12 gauge bought in 1961 at browns auto. serial no. is 747557-4 so it is 46 years old.

Your gun was made between 1880 and 1914, probably by Henri Pieper. If the name is actually Rickard (with a K instead of an H), it was probably retailed by J A Rickard Co of Schenectady, NY. Chrome and laminated barrels don't belong on the same gun. Except for a few custom-made shotguns, laminated barrels were not produced after the 1920s and chrome was not used until the 1940s. The plating was added after manufacture. I must have been short of sleep when I posted that. The finish is probably a nickel plating which would be appropriate for a firearm of this age.

I assume this is an old Ithaca? The question didn't identify it sufficiently. Not sure about the "A" in front of the number, but Ithaca serial # 202454 should indicate a Flues/New Ithaca Gun model made in 1910. 410's are much rarer than 12 GA, for instance, so it will be worth more. A lot of the value depends on condition, and of course - if a collector is interested in that specific model. That being said, I suspect it could be worth in the $600-$800 range, based on what I see guns selling for at gunbroker.com. A gun dealer would probably have the Bluebook of Gun Values, and could pin it down more accurately. Good luck.

AJ Aubrey shotguns were made by the Meriden Firearms Co which was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sears, Roebuck & Co, for sale in the Sears catalog between 1905-1918. Good serviceable shotguns which can bring up to $400 today in excellent condition. Dont attempt to shoot it until you get it checked out by a gunsmith.

I have a Ithaca Flues S/N 319xxx, on the underside of each barrel in front of the pivot lug next to the proof stamp they are marked 13 1M. I am not a gunsmith but I believe they are both modified. I would bet that is the stamping. I want to remember that I was told the rear trigger is modified and the front trigger is full, since the correct firing order would be rear then front, or modified then full as the game is going out of range.

I tried firing the front first only one time and ended up doubling on the recoil.

Gardone is the town in Brescia where the gun was produced, not the model name. Antonio Zoli 10ga guns are valued to around $600 as shooters.

I have a 30TK that I bought new in 88 or 89 for the grand sum of 175 bucks. This little carbine was made to sell through Kmart stores. Until a coupl nights ago, I would have said it is worth 200 to 225. I have since seen one rechambered and bored to 38-55 on GunBroker bid up to 400 dollars as of right now. Has several days to go on the auction. I have carried mine for years in the truck, on tractors, and horseback. I use it more than any of my other rifles.

The only information that I can give you is I bought one new in 1963 and paid $60.00 for it. I have shot thousands and thousands of rounds through it and it has performed flawlesley.

Ithaca X-15's were mfg from 1964-1967. They were the predcessor of the X-5 mfg from 1958-1964.

Unfortunately the ATF has all the records (i.e. serial numbers) for several of the older Ithaca models and specific year ID is next to impossible or to determine how many were mfg.

In VG to EX condition they are currently worth $180 - $250 if you have the original factory clip. It will have "Ithaca" stamped on the bottom.

look on the Side of the recevier there should be a Serial Number on the older Ithaca Model 37 the serial Number was stamped on the receiver by the magazine tune and Barrel . also if you take the barrel off on the bottom of the barrel you'll find the matching serial Number. then look up WWW.SURPLUSRIFLEFORUM.COM in their search engine type in ITHACA 37 DOM match your shotguns Serial number up with their chart .

Sounds like this is a "New Ithaca Double". Depending on condition, I see these selling for $350-$500 on Gunbroker.com.
