The most likely problems are that either the battery is low - in which case simply charge it - or that it has encountered an error and needs to be restored - this is done through iTunes. If neither of these are the case, contact Apple directly and explain the situation to them.

Sometimes iTunes gets confused and cannot remember where your songs are so you need to give it a guiding hand.

Quit the iTunes software before you start.

Your songs are stored (in Mac OS X and Windows 7) in a folder called iTunes within your Music folder (in earlier versions of Windows it will be in My Music within the My Documents folder). In that iTunes folder find the file called iTunes Library and drag it out onto your desktop.

Go back into the iTunes folder and find another folder called Previous iTunes Libraries. In there find the latest version (it will be called iTunes Library Year-Month-Day) and drag that out into the main iTunes folder to replace the old iTunes Library file you removed.

Rename your new file iTunes Library (by removing the date part) and then relaunch the iTunes software and it should now be able to find your songs again.

If you have updated the iTunes software you will need to open it before iMovie can use it. If this is not the case then the indexing has probably become corrupted. Apple support has a guide to rectifying such situations. (See links below)

You probably synced it to a new computer. Correct me if I'm incorrect. Does your mom have music on a different computer? If your mom does, you can open up itunes>go to file> library> back up. Then do the following procedures. Go to your current computer your iPhone is synced in, and then drag all your songs to itunes. Hope this helped.

First, you just download the iPod game application to your computer, rather than trying to send it to your iPod. From there, you can try and transfer it to your iPod through your local wireless network, or another local connection method such as Bluetooth. Once you download the required files to your iPod unit, you should be able to just restart it and then log right on to the game that you've just added. It's as simple as that, which isn't bad at all.
