Two ways: # If the first facility is transfering the inmate, they will simply take him through transfer in shackles and leg chains and drive him by cruiser or van to the new facility, where he will be processed in as a new arrest, or for hold for trial. # If the new facility is handling the transfer, the process is essentially the same, except the first facility will excort the inmate to transwer, where the officers will give over custody to officers from the new facility. The inmate will still be chained and shackled, and will stll be transported by cruiser or van. If there is a large number of inmates being transfered, some jails will have buses available.

Well in FL you can file a petition for dissolution even if you are "indigent". This means you do not have the money to pay and you fill out the forms and they verify you do not have the money , then your petition is allowed to be filed free of charge. Just get the information fomr the CLerk of COurt in the county you need the divorce in.

In Oregon you can fill out a application for a deferral or waiver of fees. If you qualify you will either have your fees waived or set aside for a certain amount of time..either way you can file without paying up front.

If attends court tomorrow being today 10am county court to set court trial. Dont know where I stand or what to expect. However, I would recommend finding out what class of crime such a theft is in your state and then look at the sentencing statutes to find the appropriate range of punishment. ADDED: $800. is WAY past the threshold of a Felony crime anywhere that I am familiar with. Check the laws in your local jurisdiction to see what the sentence for Felony Theft might in your state.

Contact the inmate in question. Most of them know their minimum date. They have lots of time to think about it and calculate it. I sincerely doubt that any prison would share that personal information with you, for legal reasons.

It depends on the pill and how many the person is in possession of (or sold) at the time of his/her arrest. There are different schedules of drug classification which determine the penalties.

sometimes no time. just probation and some classes. If you beat her bad then a couple of months. if your a repeated offender then a year or two.
