Jake was part of the Avatar Program, in which humans remotely control Human/Na'vi hybrids to safely navigate the planet. Jake was originally assigned to gather intel that would help Colonel Quaritch discover the Na'vi weaknesses so he could force them to leave Hometree or destroy it if necessary. This being done so due to the earth beneath Hometree having a significant deposit of Unobtanium; the entire reason for RDA's interest in Pandora. Jake learns the ways of the Na'vi hunters from Neytiri and is eventually accepted into the Omaticaya clan. Soon after he and Neytiri fall in love. Shortly after this the RDA stages it's attack on Hometree, for which Jake seeks revenge. When everything seems lost to the Na'vi, Jake is able to attain Tsahaylu with a Great Leonopteryx, becoming the sixth Toruk Makto. He plays a key role in the final war, as he leads the Na'vi against the RDA offensive. The Na'vi then perform a ceremony in which they ask Eywa to place Jake's mind into his Avatar body permanently.

Her name is Neytiri.

An avatar body is grown by mixing Na'vi DNA with a specific human's DNA. Only that human (or someone with almost identical DNA like a twin) can neurally connect to the avatar body.

Avatars are not real. It was a fantasy movie. So there is no relationship between the two.

The show is American made, but the lettering you see on signs and wanted posters on the series is in Chinese.

If you are referring to the Avatar movie with the Blue People in it, just buy the DVD. If you are referring to the avatar movie based on the amazing series, Avatar: The Last Airbender, then i can tell you that it will be released in theaters sometime around July 2nd, 2010...and there will be as many movies as there are books (seasons), but the movies will have Sozin's comet arrive in three years, meaning since the time Aang is discovered by Katara and Sokka he will have three years to master the elements and defeat Fire Lord Ozai. Also, from what i have heard there may be some character adjustments.

Neytiri is the main female character in Avatar. She is the cheif's daughter, and is the Navi woman Jake Sully (main male character) falls in love with.

Good god, how many times am I going to see this question? No! There is no season four! Book 1: Water---- Aang learns how to water-bend from Katara. Book 2: Earth---- Aang learns to Earth-bend from Toph. Book 3: Fire---Aang learns to Fire-bend from Prince Zuko. There is no point in a Book 4 seeing as he already knows how to Air-bend!
