It was only when Kabailis(A tribe ) attacked Jammu and Kashmir with the support of Pakistani army and occopied one third of Jammu and Kahsmir, Maharaj decided to call Indian army, but then Prime minister of India Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru ask Maharaja to sigh treaty of assertion before sending forces to the independent state of Jammu and Kashmir.

But now wat the problem is that India refuses to accept kashmir as an issue.if it z their internel affair then why r they killing their own people wen they come on roads. They actually love land of kashmir not people of kashmir, treasureful land of kashmir became the big enemy of lives of kashmiri youth. If u have lust for this most fertile land take it & let us live. We don't want any person to check our identity on our own land who himself is supposed to disclose his identity..
