Ah, what a lovely question! In the election of 1976, Jimmy Carter's running mate was Walter Mondale. They made a great team, working together to bring hope and positivity to the American people. Just like when you mix different colors on your palette to create a beautiful painting, Carter and Mondale blended their strengths to lead the country with kindness and compassion.

One person can't be the cause of global warming. Everyone that rides in a car, uses electricity, etc is in some way responsible. Unnatural global warming has been happening for the last century or so.

The concept of man adding ghg's to our environment requires that we are adding actual wattage on a consistent basis. Current claims are that we have added 1.3 watts per meter squared. If this is the case, we would have to be seeing a consistent warming affect. Whaqt we see are natural cycles that have not varied in 650K years. Warming cycle? Yes Man made? We do not know, but the current science doesn't prove it and most science experts will not commit either way. The big grant money is currently on trying to prove man does have something to do with it.

No warming has been seen since 1998, over a decade ago.

Cater believed that a fresh approach to foreign affairs would move America beyond the 'big power" rivalries of the Cold War era. What America needed, he thought, was a foreign policy that stressed democracy and human rights- in short the idealism of the United States. Cater went on to emphasized human rights in Latin America, he withdrew American support for the military dictatorship in Chile, cut off aid to the repressive Somoza regime in Nicaragua, and encouraged the governments of Brazil and Argentina in their halting steps towards democracy. Cater also presented the Senate with a treaty that relinquished American control over the Panama Canal by the year 2000 and a second one that detailed American rights in the Canal Zone thereafter, which both passed by the Senate with a single vote.
