How do you kill a Komodo Dragon?
In some legends, people cover their armor in spikes. One person fed a dragon a sulphur stuffed sheep. It was so thirsty it drank half a river and exploded.
Generally, you have to resort to trickery. Don't attack a dragon with brute force unless you have a burning desire to be incinerated, cruched, impaled, gutted, skinned, or, of course, eaten.
Ok, the one about the sulphur filled sheep is a load of crap. Sulphur has no effect on dragons, and even if it did, it would taste it and spit it out before swallowing. Trickery isn't a good idea, because the dragon is always smarter than the slayer.
I suggest a sword made of diamonds, or bullets made of the same stuff. How you approach the dragon is up to you. Brute force might work, but you should probably just dodge and weave or snipe from far away.

Nowadays, a dragon would fall easily if you just plainly shot it.
If we think of before, magic would always be good, but the most powerful weapon is actually will.
A dragon is extremely confident, it will always think its power is superior that of mortals, and all mortals will of course flee. But, if one charges into the lair, to take on the dragon head on, it will confuse the dragon, first it will react like a gorilla, it will just be surprised because of your actions, then it will wonder, "If he do like this, without fear, then he must have a secret weapon!", and after some time, it will come to the conclusion that you are mad.
So kill it while its confidence is down.
WHEN was the komodo dragon first discovered?
There is a story that the Komodo dragon was only discovered after WW1, when an aircraft came down in the waters around the islands, and the surviving pilot swam to Komodo Island. This is not quite true.
It is unknown when, exactly, the Komodo dragon was discovered, but the earliest reports seem to be from around 1910-1912, and they came from pearlers and fishermen. The existence of the Komodo dragon was not actually verified until 1926, when W. Douglas Burden, representing the American Museum of Natural history, led an expedition to Komodo, and returned with 12 preserved specimens and 2 living komodo dragons.
The Komodo dragon is native to the Komodo Islands. Komodo dragons migrate only between close islands. They are highly endangered, living only on the Indonesian islands of Komodo, Rinca and Flores.

You'll have to clarify if u want any answers
Yes, they can, very easily. As a matter of fact it has been documented on several occasions on the Komodo Islands.
-They are capable of bringing down water buffalo, many times bigger and stronger than humans.
-They have razor sharp teeth that curve back like fillet knives, plus they have strong sharp claws capable of tearing open tough hides.
-There is still a debate between many scientists and researchers as to if the dragon contains only a lethal mixture of bacteria in its mouth or if it's actually producing venom to weaken its prey, so whatever you do don't get bit!
-They are also not an animal you want to mess with, capable of reaching 10ft. & 330lbs. they are superb wrestlers and have small compact scales all over their body, similar to leather only tougher. They also have a long powerful bone breaking tail that can be used as a whip or club. So unless you have something better than a 20-cal. KEEP YOUR DISTANCE.
-Unless you can get inside a building, car, up a tree or off the island don't think for a second you've escaped from them. An adult can reach short bursts of speed at 12mph. and they are also amazing trackers. Being cold blooded reptiles they have a lot of energy in the heat of the day. At night they are often slow, tired and sluggish. Also baby dragons can climb trees but adults can't, so your safe there.
-They often take on prey in numbers making them even more deadly. A group of adults can tear apart a buffalo in only a few hours, the average human may only take minutes.
-If you are bitten and manage to escape with your life, seek medical attention A.S.A.P. and within the hour or you will die a painful, agonizing death.
-Komodo Dragons are highly intelligent animals and have even been domesticated in some zoos to the point where they will interact with humans, but make no mistake, in the wild they are extremely deadly animals with a voracious appetite to go with it. If they see you as a food source then get away fast because they won't stop until they find you and eat you.
