At my high school we couldn't play two sports at once, but you should play Lacrosse, its more fun

At the start and after a goal of each lacrosse game, there is a faceoff. This is where 2 players put their sticks on the ground with the ball in the middle and fight for the ball

The reebok O shaft is the lightest one out ther. I have a few friends that swear by it.

The o shafts are garbage, for weight get the gait db 803, krypto pro is not bad, or if u wanna spend money the sci+ti stx shaft

just like a regular lacrosse stick. when you have the ball you choke up and leave shaft on the bottom. when you're defending someone, you have your bottom hand at the butt of the stick and hold your top hand in a comfortable position

I just started. Basically, learn how to hold the stick and the stance. And the 8meter circles positions. And the 6 spots to cover.

yes, you can not go into the game without a mouth piece in. the refs will be there to check before the game to make sure you have a mouth piece and during the game to make sure your mouth piece is in.

Yes because most lacrosse sticks have adjustable heights, so you can change the sticks height so that it will fit. But if your lacrosse stick doesn't change heights, then it just depends on the size of your stick, and the size of your locker.

Fairfield Stags men's lacrosse was created in 1973.

lacrosse was played by the native Americans way back when. they used all would sticks meaning, the head and the shaft were all carved from wood. they would string the head with leather and would use deerskin for a ball. the stick is usually made out of hickery. the sticks were all one size. eventually, lacrosse had different size shafts 30 inches is the normal length, 60 inches is the defensive length and i believe 40 inches is the golie length. the sticks were still made out of wood but were eventually hollowed out to lessen the weight. now, sticks are made out of metal such as titanium, alluminum, and scandium. the heads are now upgraded plastic meaning, you can ether have an extremely stiff plastic or a very flexibal one. the rules change year to year so you cant really explain them.
