I successfully washed my crinoline (the kind with satin/nylon and net) by filling the washing machine with cool water, Woolite, and some oxygen kind of bleach. I put the crinoline in and swished it around for several minutes (I was afraid to use the agitator) until I felt it should be clean. Then I drained the water out and refilled it to rinse. Same thing, just swished it around until I felt it should be rinsed. Then I allowed the machine to drain and spin for a couple of minutes to get out most of the water. After that, I opened an umbrella and stuck it in a trash can to hold it upright, then covered it with clean towels, and spread the crinoline over this, tugging and straightening the net into position. After it dried, I used a steamer to correct any flaws, but after all, nobody's going to see it!

The basic answer is that you can't. Bleach removed the blue dye from your trainers and you can't put it back. You can find a similar dye and dye your trainers that color, which could cover the lightened space. You could also bleach the rest of your trainers, if you like the color the bleach left behind. Neither option has guaranteed results; be sure that whatever you do to the shoe with the stain you do to the other shoe as well.

The problem is that you never get all of the sweat out and it keeps building up. From now on, before you wash sweaty shirts and socks, soak them in cold water. Adding a presoak to the water can only help. If you want to save the t-shirts you currently have, soak them in a mix of cold water and white vinegar. It will smell nasty as they soak, but once you wash the vinegar away the sweaty funk will be gone.

I just go finished washing our RH linen slipcovers in the washing machine and they came out fine! I have a front loader and washed on the "Wool/Hand Wash" cycle in cold water with detergent and oxyclean. Layed flat to dry and put everything back on before it was completely dry. Looks great. BTW my cover's labels specifically said Do Not Dry Clean.
