How do you complete the mission 'Little Fun at the Big Top' in Lego Batman?
Little Fun at the Big Top is the second mission against the Joker.
In the first area, run past several buildings stage right. Enter the third building and put on the demolition suit. Put together the shiny objects in front of the gate stage right and demolish them in order to enter the next area.
In the second area, run stage right and change into the sonic suit, so that you can destroy the glass doors and put on the magnet suit. Destroy the objects near the water to discover the switch that will raise the magnetic wall. Climb the wall and build the grapple point for Batman. On the other side of the plaza, destroy everything until you find the attract suit and 25 pieces to build a ladder.
In third area, run stage right and destroy the bricks which will allow you to build a switch that will open the gate. Continue stage right and then upstage to face Harley Quinn. The trick to defeating Harley Quinn is to chase her around in circles until she gets dizzy. When she is dizzy she will stand still long enough for you to punch her a couple of times. Then she will retreat send some goons to fight you instead, and then you can start chasing her around again.

- There She Goes Again: on a rooftop. You can find him after the first fight with the Catwoman. Proceed stage right and jump down to a lower rooftop and continue stage right.
- Under the City: past the second door and the score multiplier.
- Zoo's Company: in the second area near the sonic suit swapper.
- The Penguin's Lair: at the end of the first area in plain sight.
- Joker's Home Turf: at the end of the fourth area you will find the hostage at the top of the elevator. You will need the Joker's hand buzzer to power the elevator.

It's very easy. All you need is 6 wheels, two treads then get the side armor of the tank then the front and then the top and then the back. Everything needs to be made separately made in stages, and as Lego tanks don't exist, it's entirely up to you how you design and make it.
How do you get suit upgrades on LEGO batman?
When you first turn on your Lego Batman game you will be spawned in the Batman missions part of the bat cave(where his car/boat/jet are located). Make your way through this part of the cave to the elevator(blue platform surrounded by a white border). This elevator will bring you to the main part of the cave. Head to the center where the big computer is located and stand on its platform. Here you will have the option to buy "extras", data, and suit upgrades(signified with the Batman emblem). Scroll through the list and choose any upgrade you have unlocked(will have a green border and a price will appear at the bottom of your screen). Select desired upgrade with A button(green button) and the "upgrade" will automatically be installed on all or selective suits(info on whether upgrade is on all suits or selected suits is now displayed where price was located). You never have to worry about going into the "extras" part of the menu to activate suit upgrades...they are always active once you purchase them.
Note--Suit upgrades are unlocked by finding the Red Power Bricks hidden within each level. Every level has one red power brick.
