I have had it for around.. 3 years?

After a period of stress, I started having this black/translucent/form and size changing black spot in the center of both my eyes. ONLY when I wake up though. If i squish my eyes together towards light I can see like the line where it is supposed to be but translucent. I ONLY EVER see it BLACK when I just wake up and look in front of me with my eyes open. I have had a few mornings where it was gone, and with stress it seems to get bigger strangely. I have had my eyes checked out and an MRI scan and there was Nothing. I think it is probably something very harmless but still it scares me a little that no docter can recognise or tell me what it is?
