Remove the brake caliper and hang it out of the way, then thread 2 8 mm bolts into the holes provided on the disk. Screw them in and the brake rotor will come off.

For GS300, 2005-..., Mark&Levinson: Try to pull out the audio fuses for a minute. You'll find the fuses no.40 and 42 in a fuse box near battery marked as Rad No.1 and Rad.No.2. After this the cd-box should eject all disks without problems.

You can but you gonna have problems after 300k and performence wise you would feel like driving a toyota. If you put premimum theres less chances of repairs its a small difference

I assume you meant he CD player is showing error 4. If this is correct your CD player has an mechanical malfunction. Owners manual may say something about this.
Actually you have two choices. You can go to the dealer and they will tell you (as they told me) that you must replace the entire unit ($750). There are a number of postings offering various solutions including removal of fuse #25 for several minutes then replacing it, and this somewhat longer one:
My CD on my RX is a bog standard but it gives me these errors from time to time, had a few the last month or so when the car is cold, may be the discs are too cold or when the car warms quickly there may be condensation on the disc which will give a read error.
The first few times I had a real problem ejecting the discs until I came upon a simple solution.
Turn the unit off
Then turn off the engine so that no lights are on on the dash
Push down and hold the power button on the CD player, whilst holding it down, turn the key to power up the unit.
Remove your finger from the power button, you may need to press again to switch it on. Error should now clear.
This has never failed to clear the faults I have had ranging from unreadable discs to un-ejectable discs.
I plan on trying this tomorrow - wish me luck

Well I just paid about $225 for the front and $225 for the rear break pads and installation. $125 total for parts. The rest was labor. Repair was done by a trusted mechanic. Not a Lexus dealer. But I have to say, I find it pretty expensive. On the other hand, My Lexus is over ten years old and this is the first set of brakes I have ever put on her. 85,000 miles. So not driven hard. Great car. Just keeps running and running.

I have the new 5th generation navi in my rx350. I never tried to change it to yards but a suggestion is: at the bottom of your screen you will see a + and a - symbol on each end of the screen. My only suggestion is to slide between the two and see how close you can get to yards. I doubt it will bring you that close however, but it's worth a try.I would like to know myself if anyone else can offer any suggestions.

If you live in a humid climate it just could be condensation in the exhaust or it could be oil sepping into the combustion chamber and being burned on start up. If you have high milage I would get it checked out by a dealer.

It's just behind the steering wheel above the steering column, its a small black unit roughly the size of a pack of cigarettes and just clips in, you only need to remove the cowl to remove it although if you need to replace the sensor ring you have to remove the steering wheel, and clock spring.

I first noticed a squealing noise like a belt slipping. After a while, it became a prominent noise from the fan belt...
The actual problem turned out to be the power steering pump. There is a little O ring on top of the pump that is very problematic for many Lexus owners. When it goes out, it allows a fine mist of steering fluid to be sprayed over the fan belt and alternator. If not corrected, the most common result is that the alternator will fail and the fan belt will squeal. The problem is not an easy fix due to the fact that you cannot see it or get to it to repair it without removing a lot of junk...
When you turn the air conditioning on, it requires the belt to labor more to run the a/c. That's why the belt doesn't ordinarily make the noise

Make certain that ALL four doors on unit are unlocked. If one door is locked the power rear door will not work.
