Are you looking for the Ethernet address or the wireless address?

In the right panel, under the 'Ethernet' section, you will see the Ethernet MAC address listed, or

in the right panel, under the 'airport' section, you will find the Airport MAC address.

Try holding down the option key after pushing the power button.

Other than that you may see the SBBOD if the Mac is running slow for some reason - loading a large video or something like that - but it should clear once it has caught up with itself.

As with any 3rd party app always go to the companys web site to update programs NOT from a site who says "your out of date and click here to update it". Go to Adobe's web site and download it. It should default to the download area or folder you set up and then just click on it. It may be a .zip or more likely a .dmg file, just click on it. Actually, it all depends on the era of Macbook. If you are talking the newest Macbook series than well yes the 15 inch and 17 inch pro can have an i7 or i5 processor with up to 8GB DDR3 RAM.

However even the Macbook 13 inch can have up to 8 GB RAM now, they only have up to a 3.2GHz processor, but so does the 13 inch Pro.

My recommendation is if you are getting a 13 inch then just buy a Macbook and buy a USB to SD card reader (as the SD card slot is the only major difference), if you want a 15 or 17 inch than spend the extra and get the i7 with 8GB RAM, you will happy I guarantee it.

You can't add additional RAM to a Macbook Air because the RAM module is soldered onto the motherboard. Apple has been migrating this way with a myriad of devices including the iPod, iPhone and iPad product lines.

The MacBook is made of polycarbonate and is coloured white whereas the Pro is made of aluminum. The Pro has a generally higher spec - includes FireWire port, SD card slot etc. and has a backlit keyboard which are not included with the MacBook. The white MacBook has a better Wi-Fi range than the aluminum model owing to the fact that aluminum blocks Wi-Fi signals to an extent..

The MacBook Air is designed to operate with a wireless network. A USB/Ethernet adapter can be purchased to add wired capabilities if needed.
