many people wear makeup, and there are many reasons why. like some people use makeup because they want to cover up blemishes others do it just because they want to match with there clothes or something. for example if you were wearing a blue top and u wanted something extra just throw in a little blue eye shadow and perfect! some people don't like makeup and they prefer natural look.

There are a couple of ways.

You can hold the wand vertically and stroke each lash going up and down.

Or you can hold it vertically and sweep it from side to side across your lashes.

You can also buy "bottom lash mascara" that has a very small brush. This you would hold horizontally and apply like the mascara on your upper lashes.

You could use a Q tip (cotton bud) and gently dip it in makeup remover and then pull the area under your eye and as if you're applying eyeliner, use the same 'movements' to get rid of the eyeliner with the cotton bud. sorry, I hope this makes sense to you

yes it does last longer, because with the expensive nail polish the people who make it only concentrate on making it look like its worth a lot of money, when really it doesnt last as long as cheap nail polish does.
