All you need is a white nail polish (that actually turns out white), a light pink color (French Coat) and a clear top coat. You can paint the white and then apply the rest. You know cologne is for men and perfume for women but why-what is the difference?

You could go for anatural look with a dap of concealer around the eye, a cream base with a soft brown colour in the crease with some brown mascara. Or if you wanted a more glam look a smokey eye would be nice heres the instructions- Apply a base coat for your shadow to stick to something like, Too Faced Shadow Insurance. Then apply a grey shadow in the inner corner of your eye and blend to the outer corner. Get a slightly darker shade of grey and put it in the outer corner of your eye and blend to the middle. Get some more of that same darker grey and put on your lower lash line and be careful not to make the line to thick. Get a black shadow or you could use navy and put it on the lower lash line but dont put in all over your lower lash line just put on the bottom outer corner. But throuout this DONT FORGET TO BLEND IT IS SOO IMPORTANT!! lol. Oh and I almost forgot before you finish grab a pale pink, cream or white colour and just slightly highlight your brown bone with it. - Make sure you don't brush until at least 10 minutes after your meal. Doing otherwise can damage your enamel, which will make it painful to chew sugary and cold/warm foods.

I believe it was made from powdered lead or antimony sulfide. But as these mixtures are potentially toxic (and now illegal in the US) I understand that modern preparations are made from soot and ghee. You need to check that the Kohl you use does not contain any of the heavy metals of the old traditional preparations.
I suggest you buy one with a foam centre, especially if you have short nails, the slowly file around your nails.
Make sure you file in one direction and use long strokes to prevent tears, jagged edges and uncomfortableness.
