You can't, he's not in Mario Kart DS.

However, you can get him in Mario Kart Wii, Mario Kart 7, and Mario Kart 8, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

You need to defeat all the characters and bosses, find and grab whats inside the orange and green cubes, open all the doors (including red doors and break room doors), find and grab all the hidden trophies, cd's (if any) and stickers.

If you're talking about Mario Kart Wii:

Go to your licence, and when the main menu screen comes up, click "Licence Options" and click "Records" and you will find out how many races you have raced. Note: The race count does not count towards Wi-Fi races. Those are counted in the Wi-Fi records bit.

The wins count is how many people you have come above, and losses is how many people you have come below in the final race standings.

Get stars in all of the grand prix's for example;1 star in all grand prix's (50cc,100cc,150 and mirror) will earn you one star in your online name(its the same for 2 stars and 3 stars).

There are 2 ways to unlock Rosalina...

1) Buy the original Mario Kart Galaxy. Then, create a saved file. Later, play 50 races of any kind.

2) Attain 1+ stars on all Mirror Cup Mode races.

The Hurricane and ROB-BLS are the fastest karts in the game. Keep in mind, though, that they have terrible handling.

I think Luigi's vacuum kart is the fastest and the best to handle.. along with bones and his kart.

I personnaly think Peach's "Light Tripper" is one of the fastest car. The stats for speed isn't the best but if you look at the drift, it is max. It also has a high acceleration so making the drifting have quite a good boost. BUT, if you are not very good with drifting, DO NOT use it because it won't be a fun moment. I use this car almost everytime and I have beaten quite a lot of staff's record with this car. So again, use it only if you are good at drifting. Lastly, this car is quite useful for dodging the blue shell when you're in first place because of it's good drifting. If you do not know how to dodge blue shells, check some YouTube video to learn.

Tip: Don't just look at the stat for speed, you should also look at other stats because they can make a big different.

Totally varied, you could probably get 1 for $10. Try Ebay or somewhere like that!

To open a file, click on a planet (file) on the file selection menu. You can choose a Mario character or put your Mii as your symbol. Click on your file to play it. Make sure to save every time you stop to turn the Wii off. To continue playing later, go to the file selection menu and click on your file and start playing again.

What you have to do is, to do all the time trials. Even the ones you have to unlock!

After I did that...well I didn't have all the cups yet, but I just did those time trials and...

next I did a grand prix and I got a unlockable character!

Enter the door near the checkpoint flag. This will take you to a room with moving green blocks and a coin roulette box. Wait along the right side of the room and eventually the moving green blocks will leave a gap in the right wall. Quickly jump through this gap and go through the door on the other side. This will take you to the secret exit flagpole.

This secret exit leads to the world 1 warp cannon which will take you to the mushroom world.

Actually No. The trailer is totally real and hilarious, you should watch it. The actual movie...fake. The author/ creator of this hilarious popular video has stated that due to copy-rite, you can see it in Japan in like a year or 2....But the trailer is completely awesome!!!

Yes, actually, there is. You go to Grand Prix, you go to character select, you click on all the characters, and the ones missing. then you go back, select your character and start the first race. There should be a noise at the beginning of the race that tells you the code worked.

Someone told me this answer was "gibberish", but it is the truth, cheats wreck the game and make it boring. You DO need to try your best. Just keep playing it and you'll get faster after a while. Check out the details of each cart before driving, pick the best and you'll go faster!
