No there is no law that i am aware of. Although a lot of leos will tell u that without really knowing the law itself. Besides most people would use them for home defense or target shooting. Police are more conserned about people carrying them on thier person while concealing, since it has a more deadly penetrating effect then a regular bullet. But no1 can carry in md anyways.

Well if you are near Baltimore theres a little crime but theres tons of places to go visit. If your near the eastern part of Maryland, Ocean City is the place to be. During the summer its not to hot its just perfect. During the winters....its brutal.

Many marylanders feld the state and fought for the army of northern Virginia under gen Robert. E Lee and most of the state had southern ties. I also beleave that the state did vote for succeeding from the union but was denied and then put under the marshall law. don't quote me on that one tho. Many people think that Maryland wanted to fight for the Yankees but the truth is the majority of the state wanted to succeed but were denied. Today Maryland is a little bit of both as northerners and southerners have moved here. I don't know why people always say Maryland is a northern state jus listen to the state song " Maryland my Maryland" its about overthrowing Lincoln and fighting for the south. just my 2 cents

Legend has it that George Washington called Maryland "The Old Line State" referring to the regular line troops from Maryland who served courageously in the Revolutionary War.
