I would highly recommend the top of the line NKG plugs that are correct for your car.Any platinum series plug you use will be better for the fuel system that the RX line has,so if you would prefer a cheap alternative,bosch Platinum is a good choice as well.

Rotary engine are very alien compared to piston engines, any experience you have with building piston engines will pretty much be next to no help with a rotary, the only way to do it is to be taught.
but on the upside in side a rotary engine there are only 3 moving parts, eccentric shat and 2 rotors so a extremely simply to assemble.
there are videos that you can buy and a ton of info on the internet about rebuiding rotary engines. just do a Google search.
do you research first tho dude, trust it ain't something you wanna start and then realise that your stuck.

Your going to need to rebuild the engine, which can cost from $400-450 in full rebuild kit. Plus time. Rotary engines are alien compared to the normal piston engine. Altho compared to the pistion engine, a rotary really only has 3 moving parts.. the 2 rotors, an eccentric shaft! And tends to be far more reliable if maintained. A rotary engine can be got at about 800-1000 for a NA and 1,400 for engine transmission, ecu and uncut wiring harness.

most common cause of overheating is improper oiling. Check to make sure you have enough oil, and run a 1/2 cup of Marvel Mystery Oil in your gas and see if the heating comes down at all

You can fit a 26B motor which has 4 rotors compared to the stock 13B which has 2 rotors. Altough you would have to build a 26B yourself since Mazda won't sell one to the general public. You can also go for a 20B (3 rotors). A 20B is the stock engine for a '91-'95 Mazda Cosmo (aka Eunos Cosmo). So you would just have to find a way to import a 20B since Cosmos are only available in Japan.

If your transmission is good then you usually have to pump the clutch a few times and go through all the gears back to reverse til it goes in. I usually go from 4th to reverse then 1st to reverse then 3rd to reverse etc...until it goes in. Hope that helps!
