It means that your client with 2 evictions is a confirmed deadbeat and cannot pay their $35 phone bill. So how do you expect that they'd ever actually be able to pay rent somewhere?
If they haven't blocked it, go to Google and type in the phone number. Say "Hi, is Joe there?" When they say you have a wrong number, ask "Is this 555-1515?" Then they'll say "Yes, but there's no Joe here." So you say "Isn't this Joe Smith's number?" and they'll say "No, this is the Jones' number".
you cant get it back.. The only way you can maybe get it back is by going 2 the store you had got the phone!!

WRONG!! Call your phone from another telephone. When your voicemail starts, press *. Enter your 4 digit password. You're in!
Customer service, unfortunately, are still giving out wrong information. The rep just told me today that I could not check my voicemail if I was calling from another phone. I didn't think that was right so I just tried it a few minutes ago.

A person can unlock the My CoolPad 4G through Metro PCS by rooting the phone. This is done by downloading an HBOOT file, syncing the phone to the computer, and by turning on USB debugging.
You'd think since the technology is the same...but Boost/Sprint won't allow it. :(

Metro PCS Usually take's around 2 days to ship (free) and if you want them to ship your phone earlier, then you pay an extra fee for 10.00$ to get your phone or accessory shipped in 1 day, (24 hours). Ooh, and if you order the phone/accessory (on mon-fri) before 3:00pm then you won't have to pay the 10.00$ cause you would get it the next day. And if you order it on Saturday or Sunday they won't ship it in till Monday. Sorry, it's confusing from all the extra things I said, but hope it helps! =)
There are many downsides to MetroPCS, such as the internet is not really good, unless you live in a populated metro zone like Florida. Metro's 4G speed seems like T-Mobile's 3G speed. An advantage is that, its really affordable, but the downside is the bloatware that comes with Android phones. And another thing is the greatest upside is the charge of $5 to send unlimited texts and calls to a country such as Mexico or England. Those are downsides and upsides to Metro's service.
Yes, Metro PCS phones will work for calling Mexico, although you should contact Metro PCS to be sure that calling to Mexico is activated for your account and to determine what the cost is for various calls to Mexico.
Also, please note that when calling a Mexican cell phone, you must insert the prefix '1' between the country code +52 and the Mexican area code. For example, to dial a cell phone from Guadalajara (area code 33), you would dial +52-1-33-1234-5678 or 011-52-1-33-1234-5678.
The typical railway metro runs an electric powered motor fixed at every wheel of the train, it's motor have two coils inside it, the first one gives high power to start the train and moves it and the second one is for high speeds, the train brakes with special braking pads the same way the car brakes.
Second answer:
"Metro" is a generic name for an urban railway system. Many cities have a Metro. For example: Paris Métro, Rome Metro, Madrid Metro, Amsterdam Metro, Newcastle Metro, etc., etc.
All the comments in the first answer are true, but they are also true of all electric multiple unit trains, from trams to the ICE high speed train I was on earlier today.
Typical for a Metro are fixed routes with high frequencies on each route (one train every 2-5 minutes).
Not necessarily all wheels have a motor on them.
