I don't think you can, I only think you can do it on the PC version when you hold wheat.

If you've got wood, you can use it as both fuel and the item you wish to smelt, this will create charcoal. Charcoal works exactly the same as coal, so you can craft some sticks and then make torches with them, using the charcoal.

It could if you have an older computer. (more then a few years old)

It takes A LOT of resources like Ram and Processor speed. Mojang the makers of Minecraft don't really have a computer spec to go by so the best way to find out is to search online for someone that has a similar computer as your's and see if there's runs ok or not.

Well, bedrock is unbreakable in Minecraft, unless you use mods or creative. Bedrock has a blast resistance of 18,000,000. And no TNT can break that. So far, there is no way to break bedrock in UNmodded survival

You can place flowers on dirt blocks or make a garden out of them. In minecraft 1.4 (which is coming out in october or november) they'll have flower pots which will be really cool!

You can't craft anything with a sapling, but if you don't want to plant them, you can use them as fuel in a furnace. You can also put them in a flower pot, as decoration.

You can place blocks but not make them.

You don't. You either need someone else to give you a push, or to push first and jump in. But a better solution would be to place a powered rail, with a column of two blocks behind it, at the end of the track, and a button on the side of the top one. Place the minecart on the rail, and get into it. Pressing the button will activate the rail, moving you along.

Place some collectors around your energy condenser, then open the condenser and place an item in the target box, then the number and the progress bar should increase once it gets to the required amount it will duplicate the item in the target box

Right click on grass will spawn some flowers and tall grass. Right click on wheat, pumpkin or melon stem, will grow it to maturity. If the growing requirements are met (check the MC wiki) right clicking on a sapling will grow a tree.

If you had a 4 by 5 grid, 4 being horizontal, while using the least amount of obsidian: Top left: Nothing. The one Right of that: Obsidian. Next: Obsidian. Next: Nothing. Then light the empty space within the structure with a flint and steel and stand in the portal for a while befor you drift off to the nether
