To craft a book and quill:

1) Open inventory (Press E)

2) Place book in upper right corner of crafting box.

3) Place feather in the bottom right corner.

4) Place ink sac in top left corner.

5) Pull the Book & Quill out of the crafting box.

Although you can copy some swords and axes, you cannot copy any rifles on Time Tangled Island. You can, however, copy the pistol for your belt.

To copy items, you just click the Costumizer (t-shirt) button at the top, then click the person with the item. Some items (like the muskets) will not copy.

No, Herobrine isn't in The Xbox version or any other versions of Minecraft. There is no reference to him in the coding; therefore he doesn't exist. the Closest thing you could get to Herobrine is the Herobrine skin in the skin pack.

Griefing is frowned upon in most servers, and you shouldn't do it.

You can't. There are no horses in Minecraft. However, you can ride pigs if you have a saddle. Saddles can only be found in chests in monster dungeons (those small caves with a monster spawner). When you have the saddle, just put it on the pig and right click it, and you'll get on it.
