I can't give you a good name straight off; but some things to think about are:

legal issues: some names are not available for legal reasons; in the UK you can't use National or Royal in company names without explicit permission.

Don't make it too obvious:

If you're a start-up, then choosing an "obvious" name for a company can cause trouble - other companies might choose the same name - you might have to take them to court.

Make it memorable:

This is one of the hardest things to achieve, but an alternative approach is to avoid the forgettable - avoid long, complicated names.

Avoid being silly:

Digital Research was one of the early success stories of small computers. However, its original name was Intergalactic Digital Research. It's difficult to be taken seriously with such a name.

Tata Consultancy Services has a website, and their mission statements and vision may be obtained there. Assuming that is the TCS you are refering to.

GE does not have a mission statement. GE believes that they can look at the way of life and determine what people need. They then do their best to fulfill the need.

Nokia is a Finnish communications and information technology corporation. They provide Internet service, navigation and telecommunications. Their vision statements says: "The individual communications experience."

an organization's mission is a generalized statement of its main purpose, often encompassing the key values which underlie those purpose and the way in which it seeks to achieve them.

Procter & Gamble purpose, similar to a Mission Statement:

"We will provide branded products and services of superior quality and value that improve the lives of the world's consumers. As a result, consumers will reward us with leadership sales, profit, and value creation, allowing our people, our shareholders, and the communities in which we live and work to prosper."

Merck Mission Statement:

"The mission of Merck is to provide society with superior products and services by developing innovations and solutions that improve the quality of life and satisfy customer needs, and to provide employees with meaningful work and advancement opportunities, and investors with a superior rate of return."

Home Depot Mission Statement:

"The Home Depot is in the home improvement business and our goal is to provide the highest level of service, the broadest selection of products and the most competitive prices."

The Coles/Myer group had a mission "to be the best retailer in every market in which we operate" with Coles Supermarkets positioning "serving you better".

Sadly they failed at both, leading to Wesfarmers takeover of Coles.

If there is a mission & vision, it is not overtly declared so, effectively, there is none, as you can't secure, promote, alignment and engagement to something no one knows about.

Critics might be quick to denounce Wesfarmers for corporate arrogance, or bad management, but if balance sheets remain strong, they seem to be denying the theoretical principle that they could do better with than without.

There are 4 'M of management. The 4 'M of management includes manpower, machine, material, and measurement. The 4'M of management is based on the notion that production is the train.

The Rocawear brand is an apparel brand that represents a dominant and global lifestyle. Founded in 1999, Rocawear continues to be a recognizable brand across the world.

The nature and objective of business policy are both formulated as plans and determined by a business organisation.Objective is the end to a plan while policy is the mode and manner to reach the objective.

A business policy is: guidelines that facilitate to reach a predetermined objective both in mode and manner formulated from the top to the lower level management while Objectives are the endpoints to a plan.

On their "About Us" page, Spirit Airlines has this to say:

This seems to be their mission... to allow everyone to choose their own perks and have a chance at a lower fare than any other airline. Their tagline is "Less money. More go."
