There have been numerous complaints of wirefly.com ripping off customers, charging the credit cards when they should not, failing to give rebates owed, failing to deliver goods paid for, failing to give routine service, and attempting to charge exorbitant fees if you try to cancel after learning how bad they are.
Somewhat more disturbing is that their own website has a big section on how they are not a scam, which in my experience only scam websites have! You don't notice AT&T or Coca Cola or State Farm with giant pages proclaiming how they aren't scams!
You'd do well to not deal with them. There are too many other safer options to choose from to take a chance with a company that looks as bad as they do.
