Third Answer: Technically there are only three Sharingan stages. Mangekyo Sharingan is an extra step of mastering Sharingan. Just because different characters have different Mangekyo's doesn't mean that those count as Sharingan stages. They are all Mangekyo Sharingan (Not Itachi's Sharingan, Kakashi's Sharingan, Madara's Sharingan). There are only 3 Stages and one extra. And we do not know if Tobi is Madara.
Second Answer: INCORRECT. There are many more than four stages of sharingan. There are countless; at least twelve that I know of, but I don't know what most of them do. There is a level 1-2-3 sharingan, itachi's mangekyo, kakashi's, and madara's (Tobi). Sasuke also achieves a new sharingan, but it is not yet known what it does. As for the other five or six, I've only seen them. They haven't shown what any of the extra ones do.

Before his death, Itachi gave Naruto some of his "power," telling him to continue protecting Konoha and Sasuke, should the event occur that Sasuke would plan for their village's destruction. The "power" that Itachi gave to Naruto remains unknown. so yeah he dores care for sasuke.

actually in manga of naruto chapter 485 is when naruto faces sasuke once again and it was naruto three choices whether he'll die by sasuke hands of defeat or he'll beat him in battle but since naruto says nether and the third one is not revealed so i guess that naruto doesn't wish to fight sasuke and since naruto has courage and a gift to change people then i hope he'll change sasuke in coming home to konoha and making people forget about it.

Had same prob w/ `90 computer found it was cam sensor. If no light chk local Buick dealer PARTS department some are helpful (FREE) some are not ($) but any should be helpful. My son had that problem with his '91 & it turned out to be crankshaft sensor.
