I doubt it, Sasuke is well developed character within the story, and in Naruto, they normally don't kill them. (exceptions: asuma and akatsuki ). For example when Kakashi dies, in the end he is able to come back to life. But you will have to wait and see, for the real answer.

How do you get Sasuke on Naruto Uzumaki chronicles 2?
Its pretty simple but no one has thought about it. undo the curse on sasuke cause if anyone remembers Oruchimaru or whatever gave sasuke the curse and that curse set him on a one track mind. Plus that curse has a seriously ton of power and of couse with every anime everyone knows that when the goal is bad in this case sasuke's goal was to kill his brother when the goal is bad the power corrupts.but this is a solution that no one has thought of. what if they removed that power? the sariengan or whatever was only completed through the curse so it would be incomplete with out all that power and sasuke has only gained power through that curse. And before anyone says I'm an idiot because that curse is sealed well look at all those episodes where hje drew on that curse's power? that didn't look like a strong seal if he can take all the power he wants from the curse. anyhow its obivous to everyone by this point that the seal is gone and all that remains of it is the circle it did around the curse. its not sealed so get over it. what matters now is undoing the curse therefore releashing sasuke from that one track mind and weakening him hugey. Now we all know by now from watching all these animes that anything can happen. So we all kn ow there is a cure I hope. Well why doesn't naruto and sakura go and get it? we all know how dangorous it is but if they get whatever they need to get to make the cure then trick sasuke in whatever it takes to get the cure into him the they could beat him since he's weak and then bag him and run! :) It would take a while after that but naruto and sakura could get sasuke back! besides sasuke wouldn't be able to rant on them since he tried to kill them several times. After season 6 of shippuden, sasuke loses the curse mark so, sorry, that theory's out, but here's another. Sasuke might not b as evil as evry1 makes him out to be, kindof like his brother. In season 6, it is also revealed that itachi was a double agent and was really protecting the village and sasuke, by spying on the akatsuki. If u look closely at itachi's character, he really doesnt do that much bad stuff anyway. ex: does he ever catch naruto?, no, does he ever attack the village like pain?, no, and when kisame wanted to fight kakashi, guy, asuma, and kurunai, who was it that stopped the fight? in short, itachi always seams evil but never actually commits any even though it seriously appears that he does. Sasuke may b doing the same. After sasuke denounces his past and declares how he will kill everyone including the rest of team 7, he is ordered by madara to capture bee, another ginchuriki, does he succeed?, no, when he goes to get revenge for his brother and stabs karin in order to get to danzo , did karin die?, no, just like when he was training with orochimaru and only ibnjured the people he fought, and later karin shares everything she knows with the leaf. when naruto, sakura, and sasuke fought, did he actually kill any of them?, no. Though, I'm not including danzo's death because sasuke's motives for killing him were understandable because danzo was more of a threat to, than an ally of the leaf, and the shinobi world, if sasuke hadn't killed danzo, kakashi, sunade, or some1 else would've. Even saying that, sasuke didnt kill danzo, danzo killed himself. Fans tend to like assuming that a character has completely lost their mind and sometimes it's true, but I'm a writer, and have seen several different anime, and this is hardly ever the case. Most characters think rationally, ex: in harry potter, severus snape did exactly the same thing, and so did sasuke's brother, itachi. My theory is that sasuke is a double agent who will go as far as physically possible to gain madara's trust then turn around n save the day. so basically he's not evil, but there's no guarantee that he will survive or come back to naruto and sakura. But people really do have to hv a little more faith in sasuke, he's always been good, if only misguided, but we will see.
