Any images can be inserted, if you know how, and so yes, there can (if there aren't already) be Dr. Who userlookups. Most userlookup sites will let you know if requests are taken. If requests are open, request a Dr. Who lookup from them.

If this is for a Brain Tree quest the only way to get the answers is to do esophogor quests to get him answers.... since the brain trees questions have random answers and are not even the same if he asks the same question twice...

To cure NeoMonia, you need to give your pet Medicinal Soap. They're kind of expensive (price is around 15,000 Neopoints on the Shop Wizard), but you can also go to the Healing Spring in Faerieland once every 30 minutes. There's a chance that it will heal your pet of the illness.

You can't actually sell furniture on Neopets but you can discard it. Or you can also donate it to the Money Tree. If you want to earn money for it, you can auction it if it is worth enough money ( make sure you don't make it too expensive or no one will buy it). All these options are available when you go to your inventory and click on the item you want to discard, donate or auction.

If you want to choose between webkinz or neopets,webkinz you need to get a webkinz toy(or webkinz animal),neopets you can make an account(like webkinz)but you don't have to buy a neopet toy,also in neopets when you want to buy stuff in the store where you need neocash you have to buy a card and use its code.

You basically just make another account. But on a side account you can't do dailies, or win trophies or anything because it is against the rules and you can get frozen. People usually use side accounts for keeping pets, or using their petpages.

To view your neopets address, you would simply view your lookup. When you scroll down, you should see your neohome and the address. If you don't see the address, you might have to click on your neohome. If you don't see your neohome, you might not have a neohome.

You can only make 1000 nps per score sent with any flash game.You're only allowed to send 3 scores per flash game a day (which is 3000 NP) unless you play the New Game Challenge,you can send a score 5x's with that one. It is possible to make more than 1k playing games like Pyramid or Solitaire,but I would advise against it,since it would take so long to make those neopoints.
