You can use your Neopets account for PetPet park.

You will have to paint it an original color with a starter paint brush: red, blue, green, or yellow. Note that these paint brushes are never given away and are not able to be given away.

A Baby Shoyru is still a normal Shoyru. If you want to change it, just paint it or give it any Shoyru Morphing Potion. You can still buy Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow Paint Brushes, but they won't have that glow on the picture, like the Starter Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow Paint Brushes.

You can't put a petpet in a neohome as far as I know.
