Once, I made a side account and forgot to check my e-mail.Then I remembered and then opened it up, but oh no! I was still logged in my main. Actually its rather simple, what i did was, that i never sign out of neopets and the 2nd thing is that i used the same username for almost all accounts, email, etc. I preferred short and simple name as my username. Complete jobs. Go the Faerie City and click on Employment Agency. From there you can complete jobs to improve your pet. Alternatively, you can sell them - they are very valuable.

There are a few ways you can get a Hissi. 1. You can get a Hissi Morphing or Transmogrification potion, but note, they are very expensive! 2. Sometimes Neopets will release a batch of Hissi on Hissi day, which is May 4th. 3. If you are lucky, you can get one from the pound. That's how i got mine, but don't expect to see them in there often, its very rare you see them ! Good luck ! :)

Well, first you have to have a pet Lupe. Then you have to raise A LOT of neopoints to purchase a baby paintbrush...they can be found at the trading post, shop wizard, or auction place. Or by a very very very rare chance you may find a baby Lupe at the adoption center but that's very unlikely.

1. you maybe got directed to the wrong category because neopets is actually a game where there are pets you can take care of.

2. you play neopets. Then there is no such thing as an Indian paint brush. You can't grow paint brushes. you have to buy them or get them from random events.

They don't appear at specfic times, they appear randomly in (I think) periods of 10 minutes. So if you look at one Moltara area and don't see any, refreshing straight away won't ever help, you need to check again 10 minutes later (or so) and see if any have appeared.

First go to explore, and then click the picture of the burger next to the rainbow. Then click on the sign post that says the plaza. Next of all, click on the building that says the pound on it. You now have three choices, transfer, abandon, or adopt. Click on adopt, and it will come up with three neopets. It will say how much they cost, and what they are like. If you want other neopets, there is a bar at the top of the page that says view more neopets. Click on that bar, and you will be given a new choice.

A pets gender can be changed by the lab ray, battling the lab ray scientist or a Strange Potion.
