You can get a neohome by going to " Shops" in the over head list { The one that starts with Pet central} and then looking through the blue links until you find " neohomes". Click on it, and it will take you to a page and you just have to click " Create A Neohome" I have not done that before, because I have a classic Neohome,{ In which you go to the Bazaar, then to fine furniture, then click on neohome when the shopkeeper tells you about the nice things you can decorate your NEOHOME with.} So you will have to figure it out yourself after that.

When you go to create a neopet you will wee there is a section for regular neopets and underneath that is says Limited Edition Neopets Available... Normally it will be empty. But on Lutari day if you go to create a neopet like you normally would, there will most likely be an option to create the limited edition neopet 'Lutari'. Sometimes during the day there will be some Lutaris available to create, other times it will say there are no limited edition neopets available. You've just got to keep checking back.

Complete jobs. Go the Faerie City and click on Employment Agency. From there you can complete jobs to improve your pet. Alternatively, you can sell them - they are very valuable.

There are a few ways you can get a Hissi. 1. You can get a Hissi Morphing or Transmogrification potion, but note, they are very expensive! 2. Sometimes Neopets will release a batch of Hissi on Hissi day, which is May 4th. 3. If you are lucky, you can get one from the pound. Well, first you have to have a pet Lupe. Then you have to raise A LOT of neopoints to purchase a baby paintbrush...they can be found at the trading post, shop wizard, or auction place. Or by a very very very rare chance you may find a baby Lupe at the adoption center but that's very unlikely.

1. you maybe got directed to the wrong category because neopets is actually a game where there are pets you can take care of.

2. you play neopets. Then there is no such thing as an Indian paint brush. You can't grow paint brushes. you have to buy them or get them from random events.

They don't appear at specfic times, they appear randomly in (I think) periods of 10 minutes. So if you look at one Moltara area and don't see any, refreshing straight away won't ever help, you need to check again 10 minutes later (or so) and see if any have appeared.
