When will divergent come on netflix?
The second movie in the Divergent series, Insurgent, will be released on March 20, 2015.
How long do you have to wait to receive a new release from Netflix?
The same amount of time you have to wait to receive any movie from Netflix: around 2 to 3 days.
For example, say you want to rent a new release called Red Bull Nation (I'm just making up a title). Red Bull Nation will be released on December 20, 2009, and you have put it at the very top of your Queue (in the #1 slot).
Now, say you already have the movie Reservoir Dogs at home with you. You mail Reservoir Dogs back to them on December 16, 2009.
If they receive Reservoir Dogs on December 18 (two days before Red Bull Nation is released), they will NOT mail Red Bull Nation to you. Since Red Bull Nation hasn't been released yet, it is considered unavailable. Instead, they will mail you the movie that is #2 on your Queue.
If they receive Reservoir Dogs on December 20 (the day Red Bull Nation is released), then they will mail Red Bull Nation to you, and it will take the same amount of time to be delivered as any other movie.
If they receive Reservoir Dogs on December 19 (the day before Red Bull Nation is released) then I THINK they MIGHT mail Red Bull Nation to you, even though it won't officially be released until the next day. I might be wrong, but I think that's how it works.

Season 5 will start filming its episodes in March of 2012 so they are expected to be available in the UK by the end of this year but disappointingly available in the us by the start of 2013, probably broad casted on syfy
There's also rumors of there being a "Merlin Movie" which is claimed to be more colossal than the harry potter series although there is no claim yet about it actually happening but if it does occur, it would probably be released in 2014 - 2016 depending if if there will be a season 6 or even a season 7...
How was the movie rental business before Netflix?
Not exactly sure what you mean by "HOW" exactly but in 1997, the video industry was dominated by Blockbuster and secondary by Hollywood Video. DVDs were just starting out so naturally VHS was the only form of rentals.
There were plenty of "mom & pop" video stores around as well.

Does Netflix charge more if you use streaming?
No, the only extra charge you will incur is if you exceed your internet download limit.
Does Netflix have parental controls?
Yes, but they are very poor.
Shows can be filtered based on the MPAA rating. Settings are changed by clicking "Your Account & Help" clicking "Change parental control setting" under Preferences and then choosing the desired maturity level.
There is no way to watch shows above the set level without going into account settings and changing the level. There can be up to an 8 hour delay before changes take effect. Account settings must then be changed again to reinstate the controls.
Setting up profiles dose nothing for streaming videos, because streaming is only available to the primary profile.
Rating levels are based only on the MPAA ratings so there is no way to filter ratings level by TV ratings. To watch TV-14 shows the level must be set to allow R-rated movies.

Can you get Vampire Knight on Netflix?

Whoever left this was wrong. I watched Vampire Knight on animefreak.com and eps 9-13 were not English dubbed and I found the whole volume (3) on Netflix. I've been trying to get Vampire Knight Guilty but its in my "Save" Queue. So looks like I might have to wait a while till they can get the next series dubbed.
